We founded Diamond Hair Strands with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience.

Diamond Hair strands policy states that All deposits are non-refundable. Also we want you all to know that all deposits go towards the service that is rendered and that you all pay for.
Please make sure that all appointments are canceled 24 hours in advanced. If appointments are not canceled in 24 hours there will be a $20.00 extra charge.
When booking appointments; there must be a card on file for us to render service.
We need all customers and clients to take notice that after 15 minutes of being late for your appointment, there will be a $10.00 charge.
If you are 30 minutes late for your appointment, please understand that your appointment will be automatically canceled.
